• The candidate will support the Telecom Expense Management team with accurate telecom invoice review, data entry, and documentation for global clients.
  • Responsibilities include validating basic invoice charges, identifying obvious billing discrepancies, and updating internal trackers and status logs within TEM tools or spreadsheets.
  • The role involves backwriting case notes, standardizing comments, and organizing supporting evidence so senior analysts can perform detailed audits and dispute management efficiently.
  • The candidate will help maintain clean inventory and invoice records, prepare simple periodic reports, and strictly follow defined SOPs with high attention to detail.
  • The position offers hands-on exposure to enterprise telecom & utility billing, cost optimization processes, and global expense management operations.

Candidates should posses:
  • Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills for data entry, lookups, and basic analysis.
  • Good written communication skills for clear case notes, email-style comments, and standardized backwriting.
  • High attention to detail, comfort with repetitive back-office work, and ability to follow SOPs and checklists.
  • Interest in telecom/IT billing, shared services, or expense management, with willingness to learn TEM concepts and tools.
