Role : Marketing Intern
Location: Vizag, Vijaywada & Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities
    1. Lead Generation
    • Identify and build a pipeline of B2B prospects: event management companies, wedding planners, corporate HR/admin departments, educational institutions, hospitals, sports clubs, and hospitality brands
    • Generate B2C leads through digital outreach, referrals, social media engagement, and local community networking
    • Cold call, email and LinkedIn outreach to decision-makers in target organisations
    • Attend industry events, trade fairs, and networking meetups to generate warm leads
    • Maintain and update CRM with accuratelead status, contactdetails, and follow-up schedules
    • Work with the marketing team to run lead generation campaigns, promotions, and demo drives
    1. Client Meetings & Product Demonstrations
    • Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual meetings with prospective clients
    • Delivercompelling product demonstrations of Picxy AI Face Sync,showcasing ǪR-based photo retrieval, face recognition accuracy,and event workflowintegration
    • PresentBook a Photographer services with portfolio samples and pricingpackages tailored to client needs
    • Understand client requirements and map them to appropriate Picxy solutions and packages
    • Address objections confidently, provide casestudies and ROI data to build confidence
    1. Deal Closure G Revenue Generation
    • Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and agreements in a timely manner
    • Negotiate pricing and contracts within approved discount structures
    • Follow up persistently and professionally to close dealswithin defined salescycles
    • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
    • Coordinate with operations/delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding post-closure
    • Upsell and cross-sell between AI Face Sync and photography booking services
    1. Account Management G Retention
    • Maintain post-sale relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and renewals
    • Collect client feedbackand relay insightsto the product and operations team
    • Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts for additional events, upgrades, or new locations
    1. Reporting G Market Intelligence
    • Submitdaily/weekly activity reportsincluding calls made,meetings held, proposals sent, and deals closed
    • Track competitor offerings and pricing in the AI photo-sharing and photography booking market
    • Sharemarket insights andfield feedback to help refineproduct positioning andpricing strategy

Candidate Profile Ǫualifications
    • Graduate/Under Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory)
    • 0 to 1 years of experience in marketing, business development, or field sales (freshers with strong communication skills)
    • Experience in SaaS sales,event tech, photography, hospitality, or digitalservices is an advantage
Skills G Competencies
    • Strong communication and persuasion skillsin English, Hindi,and Telugu
    • Confident in conducting demos and clientpresentations (in-person and virtual)
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales
    • Basic proficiency in CRM tools,WhatsApp Business, and MS Office/ Google Workspace
    • Ability to manage a high volume of leads and follow-ups simultaneously
    • Understanding of event ecosystems, photography, or AI-tech products is a plus
