Senior Design Engineer – Effluent Treatment / Zero Liquid Discharge (ETP/ZLD)
Experience: 5 to 7 years

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design of ETP/ ZLD systems for the Solar Cell / Ingot & Wafer industry
- Preparation of Water Balance for ETP/ZLD systems
- Preparation of Overall Plant Water Balance
- Calculations for treatment methods and optimization of design
- Chemical consumption calculations
- Utility requirement calculations (Water, Power, Air)
- Preparation of PFD, P&ID, and Layouts
- Preparation of BOQ
- Preparation of Control Philosophy
- Costing for Operations and Maintenance
